Review: Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap for Brush Cleaning!!

I have heard so many YouTube Guru's rave about this soap to clean their brushes and when I found not just the regular sized bottles of soap (they run for $10.00) I was a little hesitent to pay $10.00 to try out a soap. So I jumped when I saw that Target had a Travel size for only $2.04!!! and it was in Peppermint one of my favorite scents.

*Cleansing- AMAZING! It made some of my brushes like brand new they came out so so clean. My Sigma Blush Brush tends to stain and it took all the stainning all away!! I was so excited. My duo fiber brushes no matter what brand came out STARK white at the tips I LOVE IT!

*Scent- Gorgeous scent of Peppermint but not harsh at all. It just smells so good and now my brushes smell just as good! The best part is this soap comes in different scents.

*Price/Availability- $10.00 at Target and Walgreens for the regular size bottle the next size up is even more. But if you want to try this out check Target right under the Burt's Bees items they will be in baskets in the beauty section.

*Packaging- Standard flip top soap bottle nothing amazing, nothing bad.

*Formulation- Works like a dream to get your brushes clean! and you can use this to clean your scalp, put into your bath or use to message! So awesome! I think I will try the bath trick since it smells so clean and refreshing.

All in all I WILL be purchasing this again to cleanse my brushes from here on out! I really love how great this worked and it took hardly any effort. Let me know in the comment section below if you have tried this amazing soap!

Pictures are of Dirty Brushes, Soap, Dirty Blush Brush, & the same brushes after cleansing!

Swatches: Newest Revlon Items Added To My Collection!

Hey guys today I wanted to do a post showing you my latest Revlon goodies only swatches of them on my lips! I know peoples pigmentation of their lips will slightly alter colors as they appear in the tube. So if your skin tone is close to mine and your lips are slightly pigmented then these would be a good representation of how the colors would appear on your lips also=D

REVLON Swatches:

*Decadent Lip Gloss- This remindes me A lot of NARS Na Na the only difference is it is lighter and has more shimmer. But I really do love this to rock the vampy look with out having to wear red. Great alternative! This is from the Christmas Collection. I literally got it before Walgreens was even planning to put it on the shelf because me and my best friend were talking to a lady at Walgreens who always tells me about the deals and she let us see these!!=D

*Lollipop Lip Butter- This is a gorgeous bright pink that looks good with toned down make up! I am really loving it!

*Sugar Plum Lip Butter- I love this color for anytime day or night! This and Red Velvet were my most sought after lip butters I found Red Velvet first at CVS and then Sugar Plum at Ulta=D So I am so glad I didn't miss out on the ones I really wanted.

*EggNog Lip Gloss- My FAVORITE nude lip gloss oh my word... It is the perfect consistency and does not wash me out!! This is also from the Christmas Collection and I got it at the sametime I got Decadent=D

*Creme Brulee Lip Butter- I love this nude lip butter it is so gorgeous. It just mutes out my natural lip pigmentation but yet again does not wash me out!=D

*Pink Truffle Lip Butter- This is a gorgeous everyday color and can be layered up to become bolder. But I love it no many how many swipes I use!

*Red Velvet-One of my first Lip Butters and oh my word is it Gorgeous! I am so glad I got it on the first shot. Because man would have I been disappointed if I couldn't find it. It is the most gorgeous deep red!!

There you have my newest REVLON Collection Swatches! I hope you enjoy them. I am sure I will get more lip butters but for now I have all the ones I actually wanted. As far as the lip glosses I think I just want one more. I saw the others from the new collection but some seemed liked they had a lot of glitter and I knew I wouldn't wear them. So there you have it. Let me know if you guys think I should check out anymore colors in the comment section below=D

NARS Danmari All About Cheek Palette!

I got this gorgeous NARS Limited Edition palette on the first day of the V.I.B Sale at Sephora. I am so glad I did. Not only are the colors AMAZING! It is such an amazing deal. You get a great selection of blushes. Including Hungry Heart, Orgasm, Sin, Desire, Casino, & Super Orgasm!! I love all the colors in the palette and for the can not beat that!

This palette is now virtually hard to find and I am not even shocked. I even called Sephora ahead of time and asked them to hold one for me the day of the Sale and they did. There was only 2 left on the floor when I got there so I am so glad I did that. The full price for this great palette is $65.00 but with my V.I.B discount I got 20% off. My best friend tried it out and the next day went out and got her own!!! I hope if you guys want this palette you are able to get your hands on it.

Collection: Revlon Color Burst Lip Butters!

Ever since I picked up my first couple of these lip butters back on the 11th I have been obsessed! These thing are AMAZING!! I have been wearing at least one a day for since I got them. Even when I did my FOTD today. I still had Creme Brulee in my purse and used it when my original lip color wore off. If you have not tried these you are so missing out!

                                                       Revlon Color Burst Lip Butters:

*Creme Brulee- This is a gorgeous nude color. It does have a tiny bit of shimmer when you stare at it in the tube but it does not transfer to your lips.

*Red Velvet- One of the most talked about colors because of pigmentation. It is a very wearable Red and is so great for Winter!

*Sugar Plum- I love this color to wear with low key make up because it adds an extra element to your look. This is also great for date night! Bold and Berry looking but not to over powering!

*Pink Truffle- Great day time color. I really like this for an everyday kind of look.

*Lollipop- I got this because I really wanted to try out their brighter colors!=D I just got it tonight...Yes another haul is coming! lol

As far as the packaging I love one main thing Revlon improved on, the fact that the top is transparent I love being able to actually see the colors and to be able to tell if that certain shade is right for me. Also, as far as the Formulation they are like MAC sheen supreme lipsticks but more moisturizing. All pluses in my book!!

So there you have my Collection of Revlon Color Burst Lip Butters I hope the swatches help with your guys shopping endeavours=D I really gravitated towards the wearable colors because that is just my nature. But I may venture into the bolder colors if I just can't help myself lol!!

Comparison: Rimmel Match Perfection & Neutrogena Healthy Skin

After I used my new Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation. I instantly wanted to compare them for you guys. You guys all know how much I love my Neutrogena Healthy Skin. So when I tried my new Rimmel foundation, my Neutrogena Healthy skin came to mind and I will tell you why!

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation Smart Tone Technology:

*Color #130 True Ivory- I love Rimmels color selection. Although the colors are only slightly different so you may have to look to see which one you are. I could only slightly tell the difference between shade 1 and 2 of the line. I ended up going with shade 2 which is #130. But they do have a good line up of shades.
*Finish: I LOVE the finish of this foundation. It is dewy but not to dewy.
*Coverage: The coverage of the Rimmel Match Perfection Vs. Neutrogena is this. COVERAGE. The RMP as you can tell from my photos is less watery then the NHS. The coverage can easily be built up to a full coverage foundation.
*Wear Time: I am very impressed with the wear time of this foundation on my skin. My skin type is dry. This last slightly longer then my NHS about 8-9 hours.
*Price: $5.99! Great deal. NHS runs from $13.99 (Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens) usually but I always get it on sale from $9.99-11.99 (Target & Ulta)

Neutrogena Healthy Skin:

*Color: I had no problem matching myself when it came to picking out my NHS. I am #40 Nude & during Winter #30 Buff.
*Finish: I love the finish of Neutrogena Healthy Skin. It is less dewy then the RMP.
*Coverage: This is a Medium coverage foundation that can be built to almost a full coverage foundation. It is just shy of that. Rimmel seems a bit heavier in consistency and I think that it why it is so easy to make it a full coverage foundation.
*Wear Time: Easily 8 hours.
Price:$9.99-$13.99 depending on where you get it from. I have paid $9.99 & $11.99 for it before. Target and Ulta seem to have the best deals on this foundation!
All in all I see a lot of similarities in these foundations. I have been testing out my Rimmel Match Perfection for a few days and today will be no different. I am really enjoying this foundation. As far as who should be able to wear this foundation. It just depends I have heard even oily people say they love NHS, which dry skined individuals swear by. I think the RMP may be a tad too dewy. But honestly the only way for you to know for sure is to try it out.

Review: Project Runway Collection!

Today I want to Review my Loreal Project Runway Collection items. As soon as I heard about them I went out the next day and got them. I am so glad I did because now most of the popular items are getting harder to find.

Loreal Project Runway Thoughts:

*Watchful Owl's Gaze Palette- This palettes has some gorgeous neutral colors and they are all pair together very nicely. My favorite colors out of this palette are the Gold & Deep Brown that has gold flecks. They go together so well! The only color that is a bit chalky is the top right champagne color. It still leave good color but it takes effort.

*Sultry Raven's Gaze- This Palette has amazing colors in it. Not only in the way they are matched but in pigmentation. Even though it has a standard black in the palette it has flecks of silver and purple. My favorite colors from this palette are SILVER (AMAZING!) Purple, & the most unique color a brownish grey with flecks of silver and purple! I don't have any color like it in my collection!

*Watchful Owl's Super Blendable Blush- These blushes are a must have in my opinion. The quality is amazing and I really like how blendable they are. This color is a great Fall color for lighter skin tones.

*Sultry Raven's Blush Super Blendable Blush- This is a MUST have for me! It is a really pretty light pink and is great for everyday wear!

*Sultry Raven's Pout Lip Stick- This lipstick is and instant favorite. I literally use this almost everyday! The color is great with more dramatic make up because it is a gorgeous cool tone lipstick. It also goes great with every day neutral looks! So no matter what you make up preference it will work. On darker skin tones this would be a great nude. I really need to pick up a back up before they are gone.

*Blushes- $9.99 each
*Palettes- $8.99 each
*Lip Stick- $8.99

I everything but the Sultry Raven's Blush at CVS the blush I got atWalgreens. At CVS I got 10 ECB back and got 1 palette for free! So if you can find them at CVS you will get a way better deal.
So there you have my thoughts on what I have out of the Loreal Project Runway Collection. I hope you guys were able to get your hands on these collections!
