CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua!

I went to go get this foundation over a week ago and was so disappointed that when they matched me the only one they were out of stock on was my shade! LOL Only me! I had been reading reviews on the two that I thought would be best for my skin type. I narrowed down to The Vitalumiere Aqua and the Vitalumiere Moisture-Rich Radiance Fluid just because my skin type to me anyways is dry. My original doubt about the Vitalumiere Aqua was that it seemed to be for flawless skin. Now I have freckles and some slight discoloration so I did not think that it would end up working for me. So when I went in and asked to try the Vitalumiere Moisture Rich Radiance Fluid the sales lady said my skin was not dry and that it has a very sheer coverage. So I asked her abou the Vitalumiere Aqua and she put it on my skin and oh my word it made my skin look gorgeous.

CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup:

So of course instantly I wanted it and that is when she broke the news....SOLD OUT! Such a bummer! It was so hard for me to wait until their shipment came in. What made it harder was the fact that they don't know when they get shipment lol. So she was so kind enough to give me samples of my color to last me until it came in. What was funny was once I ran out of the samples I went back to my Neutrogena healthy skin....yeah...not the same! WHAT?! It actually didn't feel as moisturizing as it once did to me. So I just started using my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer more. If you guys have not tried this foundation go get a sample from a counter!

For reference in MAC I am shade NW20 In CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua I am shade B20!

My DIY Nail Polish Rack!

I am so excited to share with you what I built last night!!! I really needed a Nail Polish rack. But I really don't like the look of the plastic ones. I really wish they would design some really pretty ones. Yes I am a sucker for packaging. The cuter something is the better chance I will buy it LOL. So I saw a video by nguerriero19 on YouTube and I loved the look and the way she did her DIY rack I had to go do it. I actually didn't get to mount it until just a few minutes ago because my husband was at work. Then I had my sister in laws birthday. I am so so excited to finally have my polishes out of that poor box! Lol So here is what the directions are per nguerriero:
Nail Polish Rack Instructions:
Basics:
1st foam board: Draw a horizontal line every 5 inches, this is your back board
2nd foam board: Cut 7 TWO inch strips horizontal (these will be your shelves & then cut 7 ONE inch strips horizontal (these will prevent your polish from sliding off the shelves)
3rd foam board: Cut 2 TWO 1/2 inch strips ( these will be for the sides of your rack )
-Take the 2 inch strips and glue them to the lines we drew on the first foam board. Don't forget to glue them to the top and bottom.
-Take your 2 1/2 inch strips and glue them to the side of your rack.
-Take your 1 inch strips and glue them to your shelves to keep your polish from sliding out!
-Secure your board to a wall and fill it! :D
I did everything she said. I will included her video as well! I already showed like 5 of my friends and they all want one! Lol You can buy everything at Walmart it cost less the 20 dollars just like she says. I bought the last 3 foam boards from Wally World. But I am sure you can find some. They also have so many cute duck tape designs. She said she didn't find hers there I did. Here is a tip. They have a few packing ones in Arts and Crafts but they are thin. If you go to Hardware they have TONS! And it is actual duck tape.
It was so funny my husband came in and asked if I wanted help=D It is so funny because if any of you know him. You know how hands on he is. He doesn't care what kind of project it is. He is game! LOL He drew the line and cut them ( I swear he doesn't trust me!) LOL
I have in total 84 or 86 polishes on the rack so far I am sure I can easily fit 96 polishes. It comes out so sturdy and doesn't feel like it will break or anything. I already have plans to modify it and make a wide on for my next one. Which I am sure will be soon as I am almost out of room on this one.
My polishes don't slip or slide around and you can store it anywhere. Your makeup room, bath room etc!
P.S. my measurements are not exactly the same as hers in the video because my husband said it was in inefficient! Engineers brain at work ladies and gentleman! LOL
So check it out and let me know if you guys make one!

All the picutres are mine=D The video is property of nguerriero19!

Wet N Wild Limited Edition Palette Night Elf!

This is the actual first ever Wet N Wild I purchased. I got it last year. It is from the Limited Edition Christmas Collection! I was so excited when I found it last year. Because I was searching for it!

Swatches:

Eye Look Of The Day:

I am so happy I was able to find this back then. It is a really great palette. All the colors except the red apply super easy. The Red just takes some packing on but other than that is works great! The colors in the palette really compliment each other when paired in different looks. You can actually do really great day or night looks=D

Wet N Wild Palette LUST!

I just bought this palette and it has easily jumped to the top of my list of favorite palettes by Wet N Wild!
The other ones that I own that I love are Vanity, Greed, & Night Elf! The pigmentation on LUST is amazing! I wish I would have taken a picture at the end of my day yesterday it literally stayed in place 10 hours with out any wear. I did use my Too Faced Shadow Insurance as my base so I am sure that is the main reason it did. It is an amazing primer.

LUST:

Eye Look For The Day:

This is a must have palette for me now. The selections of Purples are gorgeous and will compliment any skin tone. The pigmentation is one of the best out of the Wet N Wild palettes. I am so so glad I decided to give this one a try!

MAC Mineralized blush in Warm Soul!

This is my first Mineralized blush by MAC. I am so in love with the finish of it! I have had a quite a few regular blushes from MAC in the last ten years and never had a finish like this. My all time favorite blush from MAC is Honour it was the closest sheen to the actual mineral blush that I have owned.

Warm Soul:

This is such a great blush. You can find the Mineralized Line at MAC stores. The price is $22.00. So they are more than your standard MAC blush. But, I think they are so worth it. I will for sure be picking up more. I hope you check them out!!

Fusion Beauty IllumiCover Line Smoothing Luminous Concealer!

Today I wanted to show you guys what I picked up from the Fusion Beauty Sale that has been going on at Sephora for a while now. I remember seeing them on sale when I was browsing the site. This is the one thing that caught my attention out of everthing. Because I love concealers! Especially ones like this. Well when I went in I didn't really expect to find anything left. But, they did have a few products left. I really wanted to try the Illuminating primer but they only had the yellow one for acne left so I didn't pick it up. I may just have to get it off the website. But this concealer is really nice, creamy, so easy to blend. Perfect color match to my skin and it is very illuminating on my skin.

Fusion Beauty IllumiCover Line Smoothing Concealer in Light:

The only thing I will say was a bit of a challenge was actally getting the product to come out. On the packaging it says to twitst ten times. I swear it took around twist 40! Lol I was about to give up and then randomly it finally came out. I love the sleek packaging and the brush is nice. I only really use it for the actual application of the product and not to blend it in. I use my fingers like it suggests. It comes out perfect.  Check this out before Sephora runs out of them. The price was only $9.00!

Too Faced Shadow Insurance!

I have been using Too Faced Shadow Insurance for a while now so I figured it was time to do a review for you all.

First and foremost this is a great primer. The Formulation is not to wet or to dry. Although it does seperate in the packaging if you go without using it like I do. So just make sure you shake it up everytime you use it. I love that the color mutes out my discoloration on my eye lids. This is a great everyday primer. The hold in my opinion is better then the Urban Decay Primer Potion. I have even had people with oily skin tell me this is their holy grail eye primer. As you know I have very dry skin and this works amazing on my eye lids. The hold time is anywhere from 6-7 hours. Perfect enough for your eye make up to look flawless though out the day or during an event. I love that it is very travel friendly. My favorite packaging is easily a squeeze tube or in a pot. They give you 11 grams of product for $18 dollars. Which is a great deal considering a little goes such a long way. So this tube will last you quite a while. Check this out if you haven't occasionally Ulta has an amazing deal on this product. I know they just had that sale a few weeks ago. So keep a look out for it in the future.

Maybelline Cool Couture Limited Edition Nail Polish!

I was just browsing around my local Rite Aid a about two weeks ago. I wanted to add some darker polishes to my collection that were more Fall appropriate. I had a couple of sinful polishes in my hand but was not for sure set on anyone of them. Then I saw the Maybelline display with a few Limited Edition items. I picked this one up and my mind was like WOW I own nothing like this color at all!

Maybelline Cool Couture:

I love how this contrasts with my light skin tone it is not to dark or to light. I love the mixture of shimmery green and a greyish color that makes up this nail polish.  I hope you guys are able to check this polish out while it is still available in stores.

Wet N Wild Limited Edition Color Icon Baked Eyeshadow Palette!

While I was at Walgreens I stumbled upon their new BAKED eye shadow palettes! I had no clue they even had out a baked line=D They have a few, even a neutral palette but this one really stood out to me!
It is so gorgeous the colors that they swirled together. I love the fact that this palette has neutrals and bright colors. Just to add that bit of pop to any eye look. This also can be used for Day or Night looks!

Swatches:

The only problem with this palette is the pigmentation on ONE color the bright pink which is really chalky. It actually clumped up and would not swatch well. But other then that color the rest swatched perfectly. You also get a glitter liner just like with last years collection. But, this one seems creamier and more pigmented!
